The HR Command Center is a centralized suite of interactive tools designed to quantify human capital data. Recognizing that modern HR demands financial literacy, this dashboard enables organizations to translate "soft" HR concepts into "hard" business metrics. It serves as a proof-of-concept for digitizing HR operations without relying on heavy enterprise software.
